One of my greatest passions is the pulsating world of startups and other small, dynamically growing companies. My other passion lies deep in the human component of these companies: developing people to their true potential!

I am deeply convinced that startups and their innovative power are not only a key instrument for positively shaping our future but also an outlet for human ambition and creativity. Through their entrepreneurial spirit, their vast ambitions, and their ability to use agility and creativity to challenge the status quo, they will not only revolutionize the business landscape but also make a significant positive contribution to our culture and society.

Despite all these impressive qualities, they often encounter a universal obstacle: the complexity of human interactions and dynamics, often referred to in the modern business world as the 'People Issue'.
