One of my greatest passions is the vibrant world of startups and other small, dynamically growing companies. My other passion lies deep in the human component of these companies: the development of people towards their true potential!
I am deeply convinced that startups and their innovative power are not only a key instrument for shaping our future in a positive way, but also a vent for human ambition and creativity. Through their entrepreneurial spirit, immense ambitions, and their ability to employ agility and creativity to challenge the status quo, they will not only revolutionize the business landscape but also make a significant positive contribution to our culture and society.
Despite all these impressive qualities, they often encounter a universal obstacle: the complexity of human interactions and dynamics, which is often referred to as the "people issue" in the modern business world.
I combine my extensive knowledge and extensive network in the startup ecosystem, my relevant leadership experience, and my comprehensive expertise in executive training, personnel development, and business scaling.
